Nabídka práce - Oracle EBS (HR/FI) Specialist * 2-10-109854/OP

- Support the IT Support Functions - measuring, communicating and improving performance against SLAs
- Deliver technical support services accoding to appropriate ITIL standards
- Ensure that services provided at regional level complies with global standards
- Identify and learn appropriate software applications
- Support On-Call Rotations
- Support regional Programme Directors
- Work with software development, systems, and client services software support groups
- Participate in the development of proactive services
- Provide basic software configuration services
- Establish/maintain excellent relationships with clients and vendors

Požadujeme

- 3 years in a senior support role
- Good knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (HR/FI)
- 3 years experience in providing technical support for Oracle EBS (specifically Finance and HR applications)
- Strong analytical capability
- Strong customer / partner service orientation
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Upper intermediate level of English
