Nabídka práce - Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement * 1-13-97009/OP

This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide:

* Lead Purchasing team responsible for indirect goods and services for European business.
* Execute local sourcing projects and lead all local buying activities.
* Manage local indirect procurement projects from proposal development through sourcing from recommended supplier selection and final negotiation of pricing and terms of contracts and purchase orders.
* Utilize SAP e-sourcing sourcing application to execute competitive bid events (Requests for proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), and reverse auctions).
* Interface with strategic sourcing teams to implement global procurement contracts at the divisional and local level.
* Perform periodic spend analysis to identify opportunities for local, divisional and global projects.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers based on open communication, proactive problem solving and commitment to results.
* Manage, resolve and communicate on divisional quality and service issues.
* Working with Finance resources, ensure savings projects are properly recognized,

Požadujeme

* A minimum Bachelor degree
* fluent Czech or Slovak
* 5 years of strong discipline in Procurement. Key Procurement skills include international expertise, market analysis, contract development and management, supplier selection, negotiation, supplier performance and supplier relationship management.
* 2 years coaching and developing a team of Procurement professionals.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and e-procurement processes and tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Emptoris.
* Proficiency in creating RFP's (Request for Proposal's) and RFQ’s (Request for Quotes).
