Do you have experience on a team leader position from a SSC or any outsourcing company and do you speak fluent English (another language is an advantage)?
We are looking for an experienced team leader for Benelux countries.
Job description:
* Attendance on client relationships meetings
* Controlling of payroll validations and other specific client´s procedures
* Deployment of operations in SSC
* Ensuring of management of the team members (around 15-20 people)
* Managing of performance plans (bonus plan, trainings of new employees)
* HR administration
* Selection of new hires
* Monthly reporting
Start: ASAP
Požadujeme
* University or High school degree
* Fluent English (other language is an advantage)
* Previous experience with SAP
* Payroll knowledge is an advantage
* Work experience from a SSC or BPO
* Experience in managing of a team (min 3 years)
* Process driven / experience in deploying process across multiple teams
* Strong client service orientation
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong initiative and enthusiasm
