Help Desk Analyst with languages (Romanian, Scandinavian languages, or Dutch)

For our client, a leading outsourcing company in the IT sector, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Help Desk Analyst with knowledge of Romanic or Scandinavian languages, or Dutch
Location: Bydgoszcz (Poland)

Job description

- transfer of technical problems reported by users to technical support lines,
- monitoring of reported problems and contacting users, as well as the Technical Department,
- shift work,
- first line support of international customers.

Požadujeme

- fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Romanian
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage,
- computer skills,
- basic Windows and MS Office knowledge,
- strong communication skills,
- good work organization.
