This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of CHIEF ACCOUNTANT.

Main activities and responsibilities are:
* booking of Journal Entries and General Ledger according to US GAAP
* Month End/Year End Close according to US GAAP
* supporting calculations for Bookkeeping and Taxes
* Account Reconciliations, intercompany reconciliation
* Inventory reconciliation
* VAT tax return and Road tax preparation
* Payments processing
* Cash collection and reporting
* Communication with SSC
* Co-operation with Auditors (internal/external) and external Authorities, preparation of local reports (e. g. statistics)
* Tax Agenda, co-operation with Tax Advisors
* Following of Internal Policies and Procedures

Požadujeme

* University degree
* At least 3 years experience in accounting of international company
* Chief Accountant experience, team leading skills
* Knowledge of Czech Accounting Standards and US GAAP
* Experience with Shared Service Centers
* MS Excel - advanced user (pivot tables and formulas)
* Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
* Fluent English language, Czech/Slovak native
